We encourage you to read the following, and firstly, if you are not currently a member of the PEI RTA, please enroll by completing the following form. At the same time, whether you are a member currently or just becoming a member, please give permission to the Department of Education to release to the PEI RTA your mailing information to enable us to keep in touch with you. You will notice that at the time of your death we also ask that the Department of Education notify the PEI RTA. If you have questions regarding either the release of this information or being a member of the PEI RTA, you may contact John Rowe at (902) 838-2098.

If you wish you can return your completed form to the PEI RTA at the Annual Meeting on October 25th.

I hereby apply for membership in the Prince Edward Island Retired Teachers’ Association.

I authorize the PEI Superannuation Commission to deduct my annual membership fee from each January pension payment, until such time as I revoke this authority.

I hereby authorize the Teachers’ Superannuation Fund (TSF) to release to the PEI Retired Teachers’ Association my name and mailing address.

The PEI Retired Teachers’ Association will use this information for the purpose of corresponding with me.

I hereby give permission that at the time of my death the Teachers’ Superannuation Fund notify the PEI Retired Teachers’ Association of my passing.

The PEI Retired Teachers’ Association will use this information for the purpose of recognition of teacher’s service.
